Ordering

How do I place an order?
Go to our Shop page, click "Get Your Thai Box" and follow the checkout steps. You'll receive a confirmation email right after.

Is this a one-time purchase or a subscription?
The Thai Box is a one-time purchase — no subscription, no automatic charges. Order as many times as you like.

Can I order more than one box?
Yes! Simply increase the quantity at checkout. Great option if you want to give one as a gift.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship across all of Germany?
Yes! We ship to all addresses within Germany. Shipping is free on all orders.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery takes 2–4 business days after that. You'll get a tracking number by email.

Do you ship outside Germany?
Not yet — we're working on expanding to other European countries soon.

What's inside the OMGBOX?
Each OMGBOX is themed around a specific culture or region — packed with locally authentic snacks, drinks, and cooking kits. Every box is different, so check the current edition to see what's inside! You can see the full list of items included in any box by checking its product details page.

Are the products authentic?
Yes — every item is genuinely sourced from the featured culture or region. No generic supermarket versions, no substitutes. Just the real thing.

How often does a new box come out?
We release new OMGBOX editions regularly, each featuring a different culture or destination. Follow us on Instagram and TikTok to be the first to know!

Returns & Refunds

Can I return my box?
Because the box contains food items, we can't accept returns for change of mind. If there's a quality issue, contact us and we'll make it right.

What if something inside is damaged?
Email us at contact@omgbox.de with a photo within 48 hours and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund for the affected item.
